What’s Inside

Brown Butter Filling

Real browned butter and cinnamon in every roll. No margarine, no artificial flavoring, nothing from a mix.

Cream Cheese Frosting

Made with real cream cheese — no stabilizers, no preservatives. Applied fresh while the rolls are still warm.

Long-Ferment Dough

Naturally leavened over 24–48 hours. Easier to digest than commercial yeasted rolls, with a depth of flavor that shows.

Made with organic flour and our live sourdough starter — the same culture we use in our bread. The dough slow-ferments before it's rolled, filled with real browned butter and cinnamon, and baked in small batches each week.

Topped with cream cheese frosting made from real cream cheese. No stabilizers, no powdered mix.

Available in Classic Cinnamon, Pumpkin Spice, and Pecan Pie. Rolls freeze well — reheat at 300°F for 10 minutes and they come back close to fresh.
