This Week's Bread & Farm Goods
Flip over a grocery loaf. Count the ingredients. Then look at ours.
Everything here was baked or picked this week — heritage grain sourdough, seasonal farm-grown produce, and bakery goods from one family and one piece of land in Quitman, Texas. Three ingredients in the bread. Zero additives. Updated every Thursday.

Flour. Water. Salt. That's our bread.
Most grocery “sourdough” has 15–25 ingredients and no real fermentation — just commercial yeast, vinegar, and additives. Ours has three ingredients plus a live sourdough starter we feed every day. Every loaf ferments for 24 hours with heritage wheat grown for flavor, not yield.
