Every loaf is naturally leavened with a live starter and long-fermented 24–48 hours using heritage grains — White Sonora and Rouge de Bordeaux. Three ingredients: flour, water, salt. No commercial yeast, no preservatives, no shortcuts. Baked fresh each week — new products announced every Wednesday on Instagram and Facebook.
